hi all..i would like to noe is there any picture editing software dat can enable us to chg a picture into higher resolution? eg. changing a 800x640 pic into a 1200x800. i really nid help on dat. thx alot.

Increasing the resolution in the source input device e.g. cameras, scanners etc would, doing it through software is just like doing a digital zoom on cheapo cams, you can zoom but the pixels are blown up...

for photo resizing try fotosizer it small and fast.
