 Problem with AppStore?

Anyone having problem downloading from AppStore? when i tried to download something from AppStore, i always got the message said that " unable to purchase now, please try again later ". its been 2 days already... just wondering any of you guys experiencing the same issue?

go to Account Info, change the address (dun really have to change, just go in there and press Done), then Reset All Warning...Done~!!
