i know this sound bit weird . Exactly how many application that can u open in a PC before things start to blur,crawl and worst case, the PC went down the Davey Jones locker.......................

Not sure.. never thought of doing such things.. anyway I have opened about 15 different apps in Windows Vista (forgetting that Vista alone is a memory hogger) and got BSODs for days to come. Some of the apps are Last.fm, iTunes, Windows Live Messenger, Mozilla Firefox (10+ tabs), MapleStory (alt+tab-ed it), Google Desktop, Paint.NET, GIMP.. and others.

Usually I open just a few like Word, Excel but I often open over 10 webpages. Last time when my PC was new no problem opening 20 web pages, but now it is much less before memory runs away and the damn thing hang.
