Malaysia is now conducting trial on a system which do not require a vehicle using Smart Tag to slow down their vehicle to pay toll through Smart Tag...

If successful, it might be introduce in Malaysian highways in 2010 eh...

The system is supplied from Japan, i think...

The terrain of Sabah and Sarawak makes it too expensive to build highways...

Too expensive to build, yet too little will use it......

Toll is common method to fund highway construction lulz, under BOT method (Build, Operate, Transfer)
