how to remove c: Windows\system32\x ?, arrggghhhh!!!

this thing has been messing my life quite bad...
 i've been using AVG for free. AVG did notice me about the virus, but it keeps popping up in about 5-10 minutes intervals.... I did remove, heal, ignore, move it to vaults but it keeps coming back now, whenever i tried to download something or oppening a web site, windows will tell me to terminate the firefox please HELP ME remove this "c: Windows\system32\x" out of my computer  |
