any way to make hair smooth and silky? currently has dry and frizzy hair.. has been doing rebonding every 7-8 months.. even now do rebonding also can't get the 1st and 2nd time effect of doing..

1st thing u should do..if u have a long hair..cut it short..coz it will make ur new hair grow longer and healthier..
2nd..do hair spa..no need to go to any saloon..u can do it at home.
u only need shower cap, coconut milk or u can use yogurt..up to u..
wet ur hair, apply it onto ur hair..n let it there for at least 30 minutes..then wash..
or u can also use orange..apply its juice onto ur hair.. maybe twice a week will b ok..at lease once a week
result : smooth hair and healthy.
consider ur daily diet too..every problems that occur are actually relate with what we eat.

To reduce pimples--> U have to clean ur face everyday, use a wet towel to clean ur face every morning and b4 u sleep. My bf also has this problem b4, after i asked him to clean his face using a wet towel and i bought him a soothing cream and "pimple water", now his face as not serious as last time. Sometime only 1 or 2 biji pimples only

Tummy fat? hehe... dont take supper la. Colleage / university life is very excited. They like to lepak at the mamak and eat supper.

I can't cut short hair.. if i cut it short.. my hair will look like lion.. =\

i heard after 12 yrs old ur hair condition will change.. is that true?
