You would need to change your mindset a bit. Unlike Malaysia, where doctors give out colored water to shut patients up, most Australian doctors generally don't prescribe anything for minor ailments like fever or food poisoning. Last time I checked Panadol was easily available and does help relieve fever's.
I'm not saying there is no over-prescription. Its not just as bad as Malaysia, where the mentality is if you don't walk out of the door with something, the doctor "bo hoh" and go to the next sinseh/bomoh/shaman/uncle/auntie/people you don't know but when you're sick suddenly become very interested in you to get "medical treatment" in the form of foul tasting herbs/weeds/smoke/grass by the roadside/coca-cola.
(Don't laugh: I have had cases where people, after hearing me having tooo much stomach acid (gastric), "prescribe" Cola-Cola and Mentos, amongst other things!)
Very true. It's what my consultants always drill into us, i.e. be wary of the patient's expectations. And this is why Msian doctors operate differently from Australian ones - in Msia sometimes you do need to give something for placebo effect just to satisfy patient's expectations, and placebo alone is "part of the treatment" as well provided that the stuff given does no harm.

i'm abit big size, so i'm brining a 29" , around 27kg for the first time in, with my backpack and a small handcarry.
Hoping everything fits, in the car.
I just know one thing when i'm at the airport, dont help other people carry and make sure no body carry or put things into your bag. You might not know what white stuff may hit you
A wagon cab should do just fine. They will be present at most, if not all airports.
And yes, the last line about helping strangers is very true indeed, unless you want to end up in an episode of Border Security.
