like when my parents TT money from maybank to HSBC in malysia.then i can use HSBC from melbourne n take out the money with lower charges/no charges

It doesn't work this way. You would need to open a cross-border AUD account in HSBC Malaysia and your parents can TT money to you through this account. There would still be charges unless you're a HSBC Premier account holder.

why do you need to tt from maybank to hsbc??

if cost is an issue, the cheapest way is to buy bank draft in aud in msia costing rm5, send the draft over by registered post, cost rm5 too, and you bank in the draft into your account, cost nothing and money cleared in 3 working days........

no..is just an example..not a real deal..and i just wan to know only

$200 per week is quite alot
$80 per week? that's lesser than i thought... i spend around $100 for food alone (usually 4 meals lunch outside) every week and i'm trying to cut budget for that

btw, anyone tried to compared prices between coles and woolworths? i know their price range are somewhat the same but personally, i think coles is cheaper (especially half price cut offer)... what do you guys think?
*
i live with my partner n we both share foods expenses...and lunch also around 4 days a week and only search for below $8-10 lunch...

n i would say tht woolworths is more cheaper than coles..and i usually go woolworths at evening because will get special price for some foods
n coles at mebourne central(nearest) quite small...same to aldi..thts y prefer woolworths

from my understanding, you cant. yes you can just abandon the place and not pay the rent but your landlord can report to have you blacklisted.
*
what if i blacklisted?is will b hard for me to find accommodation?

from what my housing advisor said, if i give landlord 1 month earlier notice to break the lease and if landlord do nothing like never find new tenants to replace me then it is landlord's fault. and i will not liable to pay other remaining months' rental. is it?
hihihehe

but if landlord never put efforts to find new tenants then is landlord's fault what? and already give her notice of vacate which more than 1 month.
thats what i heard from housing advisor

i know i need to pay advertisement fee but she asked me whether need find tenants through agent or not and i say no. just find our own
