Theres a folder specifically for apple app in your itunes folder ma. u try to backup that particular folder see can mou?

if you copy the entire itunes folder then you can do multi pc synchronization jor by paste this folder in another pc before u sync to itunes. (saw this from another forum tutorial, havent tried yet)
