Anybody booked end December here? When SA promise to deliver your baby?

7mth? wtf.... too long... new born baby can walk already
mine one... booked on 31/12/08... at first my sa estimate delivery on may. after loan approved 2 week ago, he said estimated delivey will be end of feb or march. maybe due to NHC sales not so hot.

p/s: now 2-3 times daily at this thread... cannot wait for my car already

Bro.. they have to minus those who booked but loan not approve also. But most important now is recession coming soon.. many potential buyer already hold their spendings.

By the way, anyone know what is the latest interest rates for NHC.. Mine one 2.96 from Ambank. thats before 55bp cut on BLR... expecting my rates to be revised to 2.4% - 2.3% since im not yet sign the loan agreement and my car will be delivered on March.

still better than perodua/proton rates at 3.75 - 3.9%. Expecting more rate cut in the future...... maybe 2% only by june. so hold your booking some more...

where did you booked your car? so fast meh

last time when i booked the car interest rates as follow
ambank -2.96%
Rhb -2.8%
PBB -2.9%

ambank approved my application very fast without any problem. the other 2 ding dong ding dong until now. so i stick with ambank. the banker also said, i can enjoy lower rates if there is reduction before i sign the letter offer.

Regarding future rates. most bank reduce their blr by 55bp. so if calculate directly based on ambank rates****2.96% - 0.55% = 2.41%. The saving will be around RM37/mth for 9 years loan. worth to wait isnt it?

mixed review from paultan... lacking power on lower rpm he said... any NHC owner can comment on this?
