may I know what's difference between soft & hard reset ?

Hi all

Anyone use Quickweather Premium ? I use that but yesterday I accidently did something about the connection settings.

Last time the connection is default, when I try to update weater forecast, it will prompt me with all available connection (GPRS, MMS, all access point and WLAN) ... then i can choose from there

Yesterday I play with the setting inside quickweater, and i choose one of the accesss point as default. Now whenever I wanna update the weather, it will shows error if access point not available
I want it to prompt the WLAN thingy as usual ... as default

Hope there is a way and I dont need to reinstall the quickweather

My webbrowser did prompt me for connection available instead of keep on using the default even its not there.

But this doesnt apply for my QuickWeather. Sounds more like the application bugs or problem

Btw, how do you all backup sms ?? Once you restore your sms-es , the name will be gone !! It will just appear as number instead of your fren's name

Last time the hackin method is as simple as download the patch thingy .. but now it seem so complicated. have to download soo many items

Btw the current firmware is V3.0.1 right ? and the latest is V3.1 ?

P/S If i hard format my phone, is it 100% all the sms-es can be restore to my N82 with the name on my phonebook ??

why need the dev cert

anyone have try the hard format phone ? and then use the pc suite to restore all your sms-es ....

is all the phonebook name still shown in your inbox after restore ??

All my contact + sms saved in phone memory only .. there is nothing in my sim lol

I had backup my messages and contact to my pc .... I will full format my N82 and then restore it . I most afraid the msg inbox doesnt show contact name .. cos i got almost 2k msges lol

I can't view the digi settings from 2000 ... cannot setup gprs & mms

My wlan connection keep shows the icon, when I try to browse it says WLAN already active, close and try again

But I check under Tools > Connection > Wlan , no active connection

I try to re-flash again my N82 just 3 mins back, seem like problem exist

I try #*7370# and it wipe off everything. I try my WLAN without backup, still failed. After backup using pcsuite, also still failed

I reset my phone few times, and the wlan problem occur randomly.
