make something for him. my gf does buy and make present for me. i could feel the "something". err like touched, when i see she folds thousands of stars for me. but when she bought shirt or wallet or accesories for me. i was just like. oh thx. i don't feel the warm/touched feeling.

once my girl fold me 100000 of stars which i cant count cause its too much. then next she gave me 100000 love shaped folded with paper.

and i know she spend sleepless night doing those for me because she always sms me in the midnight 4/5am or calling at that time. i'm with her the 2nd year and 3 months now. my tears drop when i see those starts she made for me. . yes it might be boring or normal, but so what. it still shows how much she actually cared and willing to waste her time to do those things for me.

sometimes like anniversary, she gave me shirt and wallet. and i'm just like. oo nice nice thanks. then left it in my cupboard and never bothered.

if you wanna give a gift, think of what he likes and tends to talk about alot. and what he really like but havent get by now. example collectibles, watches, accesories, and sort of. i'm aso cracking my head thiking of presents to give to my girl

thanks for the wish. get couple tees from garage sales . and if he smokes, zippo lighter. every ciggy he lits he think of you

fold something or write a card that looks like you took alot time to do it. don't only like give 100 stars. like too little and nothing special. lol

can try what my friend did for my birthday. she made a folio/scrapbook, and every page got my picture. every picture she described and write something about it. then got drawings beside and sort of.

maybe you can try to print all you and his pic, and do like that. and state when the pic was taken and what you two were doing and sort of. good luck
