i think guys mostly will be greatful to spend a lovely evening together regardless what present he's gonna receive... well as alteast thats wat i want.. just my 2 cents but if u insist on getting gifts..

perhaps i think most guys will love gadgets??.. car stuff?? if he's a fashionable person perhaps rings? ties?

but i always want to get a nice watch... although he might have one. but different occasions we can use different watches.. u know which type he has and which he dont.. hope it helps
