IOI Corp declares 30% dividend

KUALA LUMPUR: IOI Corp Bhd has declared an interim single tier dividend of 30% or three sen per ordinary share of 10 sen each.

The plantation company said on Friday the dividend declared was for the financial year ending June 30, 2009

It said the dividend was not taxable in the hands of the shareholders. It would be paid on Feb 27 to shareholders whose names appeared in its record of depositors at the close of business on Feb 20.
