i've been a skinny freak since forever.. since it's after spm n i've got nothing much to do other from my part time job, i've decided to hit the gym and hopefully gain some muscle mass and hav a nicer body.i 've started since about 3 weeks ago and all those time i've been trying to get the correct posture n technique in handling weights. i currently am not following any specific workout program but im currently trying to find some good ones to use as a guideline.. probably rippetoes .
the main reason i'm doing this is to get advise from the experienced in this forum and to progress and improve from there. so yeah, all comment are very much appreciated. tq

arm day
dumbell curl(3x10kg)
barbell curl (4x1.25kg(X2))
hammer curl(3x10kg)
wrist curl(3X10kg)
postworkout-small portion of rice and chicken n veg
lunch(12.30)-one potato, moderate amount of chicken,salad
tea time-2 scoops of vanilla icecream
dinner-rice with veg n chicken
supper-char kuey teow with fresh milk
