Hi, I got cervical neck problem for a year, I believe it's due to long time sitting in front of computers, I believe I am in the category of today popular office group case, sitting in aircon room and facing computers for long and not moving, however the symptom is quite persistent near the neck, and extend a bit to shoulders or arms sometimes, no headache, can walk and run as usual, but now it's a bit disturb even when sleep too long in bed, I feel my back neck feel pain and kinda congested, if sit also feel numb at back neck, stand up and walk feel a lot better, but still feel something wrong with my back neck. Can recommend any cervical expert?

hmm, not really serious, but the little problem still there la, I can tell if I move and exercise instead of sitting still too long, it's not that serious, it seem Chiro does not help much, I'm thinking I need more extensive moves and reduce sitting in front of computer time, now I feel the progress slow a bit, but my case is not very serious, so just have to keep up the exercise and routine
