QUOTE(lancelyod @ Jan 27 2009, 03:10 AM) QUOTE(lancelyod @ Jan 28 2009, 01:01 PM) I think females should learn about self defense or martial arts instead of build muscles, if they think that can help do defend themselves. Are you even reading the thread properly? its NOT asking females to get big muscles its saying how weight lifting and resistance training is beneficial for women and addressing the misbelief that they'll become muscular. phail... Added on January 29, 2009, 4:02 am QUOTE(lancelyod @ Jan 29 2009, 01:10 AM) not really, muscular body only can be build up with some supplement instead of training and exercise. seriously, post counts won't change your life. If its anything to do with bf% levels, its the diet problem. not so much so of the exercise.
read up more on nutrition and diets to see where you're going wrong for the goals you want |

Just a lil add on to what i said, for weight loss, diet is 70% of the result and exercise is 30%.
so you should know where to focus your energy more |
