Hi guys and gals,

I have a problem and would like to ask for some help and suggestion. Recently, i just purchase a music video from Itune(US) and it cost $1.99. I was so happy when it finish download and ready to sync it to my lil iphone, but then the problem start appear. I manage to play this music video through my itune, and i already check for "include music video", but i won't sync to my iphone. I tried to restart my laptop and my iphone, and the purchase music video still can't sync to my iphone, i am so frustrated and dissapointed for my first time purchased music video experience.
Please, anyone can help me to solve this problem? I am appreciate with it ~!
