Not enough voltage, some ppl who are extereme GPU ocers do a vmod, but that can cause ur warranty to void if I`m not mistaken

hi all from melaka,
i'm also staying in melaka. recently i just bought an E5200 + Asus P5KPL-AM board, guess what, i didn't expect much, but managed to overclock to 3.38Ghz (270x12.5) all using default voltage setting. oh, i got the R0 revision of the e5200. at 3.38, the cpu temp is about 39C only using the OLD Pentium-D heatsink (there is a copper core inside). I'm sure the old beefy P-D heatsink helped alot. With the new stock low profile (a nice marketing term Intel used rather than more correctly calling it a Wimpy/Sissy/Cheap heatsink) I can only manage slightly above 3.1GHz on the same mobo.
