If it's same main server then yes. I done it like that. Membership is on all chars no matter sub server.

It's not fatigue. it's experience. so you have to get lv15 to be able to finish today's "fatigue"

You can't that's right. But if main server is correct, you can still raid dungeons together. Now sure if Main server crosses which I highly doubt it.
