Just send my Red Tube to Menara BGI to repair my earpiece problem today. They told me that already got a lot of people sending their 5800 to them to repair. They even told me that this problem is a manufacturing defect.

How to know first batch or second batch? I faced this problem after 10 days of using it. Anyway, this problem can be solved, so this is not a problem after all. Coz this phone really rocks!!
