Can anyone tell me the exact procedures?
1. Bought the prepaid 2. REGRIH to 28881 3. SMS Confirmation 4. Reload RM10 5. Receive mobile voucher Thing is, after reloading RM10, I don't get any voucher yet. So how long does it take to get the voucher? A bit annoyed that it is not instant. |

I've been bugging the customer service careline several times already.. one gave me wrong instruction, another tell me to wait for 24 hours.. after 24 hours i called again and was told to wait another 12 hours =.=" annoying really.
