well no offence intended i am just voicing out what feedback i heard.

Can anyone tell me the exact procedures?

1. Bought the prepaid
2. REGRIH to 28881
3. SMS Confirmation
4. Reload RM10
5. Receive mobile voucher

Thing is, after reloading RM10, I don't get any voucher yet. So how long does it take to get the voucher? A bit annoyed that it is not instant.

I did the same thing as Jackie Leong and i don't get the mobile voucher yet too......
Am annoyed too cause gf keep asking me over and over and over and over again if i've bought the tickets!
Am gonna really really hate rihanna if anything were to happen!

I've been bugging the customer service careline several times already.. one gave me wrong instruction, another tell me to wait for 24 hours.. after 24 hours i called again and was told to wait another 12 hours =.=" annoying really.

hey, i got the 30% discount sms from xpax. i thought of going to the concert but after 13108091283901 times deciding & thinking, I don't think i'm going because i heard rihanna isn't that good live, & I don't have any friends to tag along.
