i also sometime suspected is this guys when 1st time i hear from him that he nvr fill in any form b4 + nvr own any account bank + nvr enter any post office b4.

if some one nvr enter post office then i can still accept but someone who is NVR fill in any form b4 + nvr own any account in the bank sure really unacceptable.
