sushi king also fast food wor now. rice squeeze use machine one, salmon sashimi also comes precut d nowadays.
but still much better than McDs!

i got privilege card... rice memang got machine one... the tall machine with the silver chrome top iirc. Put rice from the top, wait a bit and then all the rice rolls come out at the bottom. only need to put topping like unagi.

but the bamboo roll is still in use for certain items too.

Yeah.... the rice really made by using machine. 3 of my friends work in Sushi King before. Most of the things in SK are instant. They just take out from the fridge and reheat and serve. Well, all except those deep fried things la. Miso soup, o cha, sushi, all instant. That's what I hate eating in SK. Really prefer Kiku Zakura for their set lunch, but not the sushi. Till now I haven't found the best place to eat sushi (unless go Japan la).

So long didn't go I also forgot what's the use of that bloody privilege card LOL
