yup. taste awesome. o ya, needs just a lil mayo for it to taste awesome. i even tried making hash brown with some green tea. the hash brown end up not stick together so nicely la. but still taste ok.

i made cookies with green apple essesence <.< the cookies came out all bight green.

- I never put mayo.........somehow i felt mayo ruins the taste...

- When i eat at Carls Jr........mayo taste is not strong to overcome the taste of patty and there is chicken bacon for saltiness.....kinda like that...

- Hash brown with green tea? Em, after eating oily thing, a sip of tea is always better heh?

that's why i say a bit of mayo. it's suppose to enrich the aste a little, not take over your taste buds.

lol green tea is my favourite tea. i was trying to make my own MCD breakfast with my own burger, hash brown and tea.

Maybe it is my nature to have no or less condiments...............fries, in McD or KFC, i ask no salt............Carls. Jr...........i ask no cheese.......but when i comes to black pepper, i will overload it...

Did you cut the patty into 1/2...............like most street vendor did?

Green tea? Ehem.....it taste quite refreshing even compared to Chinese tea
