u try emailing cyclopedia n ask them how much they sell,
if u can find here, dun be surprise that the price will be much much more higher..
small wheel bike stuff are still consider 'no market' here in msia
those business ppl won't sell them - yet? unless in SG or thailand.

i would not hesitate to get it from taobao, if i really want it.
