This is my fourth saddle and for normal 20 to 30 kilometers ride, they seem OK. The main painful parts are the pelvic bones and I think the saddles are too wide and a saddle even wider is better as the edge of the SR Freedom is pushing the pelvic bone and if the saddle is broader maybe the edges won't pinch the pelvis or even maybe a narrower one is the answer as the edge of the saddle does not reach the pelvic bones. But the whole body will be resting on the crack of the butt, hahaha! BUt I have a size 40 inch butt so it might be the same case with other riders. Another drawback of the Freedom is it is very hard to buy a saddle bag as most saddle bags have the clips that is bolted to the rails and the Freedom's rail is too far in. i think this is the issue with SR saddles, my previous saddle case also cannot fit edy ... the railing is a little short ...
