I took my wife's Dahon Eco C7 to repair the handlebar as it was getting loose. Her's was a newer model ones compared to mine. As they were servicing it, I found out that the last 2 units  of C7s wer sold out and there was no more production of it and the new ones are called Dr.Hon. The new replacement for it was similar except the body was extended to accomodate the Neos RD (the old C7 can't use Neos) and also the folding mechanism was big and ugly!   Also the crank looks cheaper and the shifters are made specially for Dahons (plasticky and looks cheap) and also similarly the brakes are also the same. I think they are trying to cut cost by using more cheaper components  but it now cost more than before.

If you still see the old models, get the old models. Especially the Eco C7s and the Speed P8s.
