Anyway, for the new 2009 year; suiteng had another suggestion on tagging the topics.
RBR had taken the liberty to create a few tags for us:

Investment - Topics in regards to buying properties for investment purposes
Household - Household matters, appliance, furnitures etc..
Renovations - Renovation matters
Financial - More towards loan discussion, planning on acquiring a new home etc financial advise...

Pls all posters creating new topics uses this tagging for easier reference and filtering.
