Hello
this problem cant be solve because it involve the whole Malaysia country . As i explained to you previously , the ip address is assigned automatically . We cant do much on the subnet mask . The provider cant solve the problem because it involved a lot of technical problem.
I hope you can unblock my account as soon as possible .
