Also check that your IE is able to access the internet (the RSM uses the
settings from the IE to access our system) and you have administrator rights
for the computer.

If you are not able to run the installation routine you can alternatively
download the RSM from the following link:

http://rapidshare.com/files/85989422/rs_manager.rar.html

The program must be started directly without installation from the contained
sub folder.

If you have problems with the RSM after successfully installing the program
please check the following:

Which speed is set on the "Download" tab?

Have the Premium account information been entered correctly in the
"Account/Configuration" tab?

Is there a Error message when you login to your account?

If you are using a proxy to access the internet have the information been
entered in the RSM "Account/Configuration" tab?
