 running numbers in excel worksheets.., anyone? macro?

Hi, I need to do an excel file which would create a running numbers that is displayed on the worksheets for each particular worksheets, lets say sheet1 is 0001 and sheet2 is 0002 and so on and so on..

I guess its got to be using the macro's... hope someone can help??? rclxub.gif
