if she able to give me a tracking code with my addresse,den i oe is not her fault but she fail to do tat....

did you pay RM 5 for postage or RM 5 for registered post? i guess you should have asked first. it is up to each seller to determine the postage charge as there are extra charges like box, sugar paper, etc
when did you call her? she was away from 12/12 - 15/12.
try talking to her in a calm way, not in a hostile tone
