QUOTE(advocado @ Jan 9 2009, 02:12 PM) What's the main difference between Fujimi & Aoshima? The Fujimi box looks nicer while Aoshima box looks cheap. but Aoshima also a famous model producer & I think it comes with an unpainted figure? once you do the aoshima version, you will kick fujimi's ass.Didn't notice FD3S Spec 3 comes with slightly lighter Yellow. The finish look is painted or original stock? i am building keisuke FD3S now....its so basic and have a generic chassis ............omg ! Added on January 10, 2009, 8:56 pmsorry, the aoshima i am not refering to the motorized version. i am refering to pure 1/24 model kits currently they have Fc3s, ae86 and cappacino.. here is a fujimi version...... i am building it for a friend.........
body is still in progress.... ![]() ![]() if possible avoid the fujimi version and opt for the aoshima for suzuki, ae86 and FD3S.... even the evo 3 from fujimi is terrible it looks like an evo vi with evo 3 front and rear...... |

advocado,
the earlier one is 1/32 and it's motorized. so it's not meant for static model display. just a toy actually. but the later ae86 is a 1/24 scale model kit. it got good reviews from modelers and they prefer it over the fujimi version. the ae86 i build is my third ae86 from fujimi. i will no longer touch fujimi's ae86 anymore after this. OK, willl keep a look for the initial d one. really tempting about the FD3S!! |

QUOTE(jimlhj76 @ Jan 20 2009, 12:42 PM) yujin's gashapon series is nice when see through photos.. but when actual products seems lacking a bit.. on the finishing side.. if got the same amount of $$$... invest on the real X better.. well, talking about realX ah. the first set is easy to obtain, however the second set one is damn hard... anyway... just my opinion. Added on January 20, 2009, 5:46 pm QUOTE(jimlhj76 @ Jan 20 2009, 12:34 PM) some pics from the tomy tech rc series, never see the trueno version in our market at allĀ [attachmentid=771354] This post has been edited by cham2020: Jan 20 2009, 05:47 PM |
