Hi, I need some suggestions for air cooling solution for my E8400 E0 stepping. It is currently 72 degrees on load when clocked to 380 x 9.

Since you said cost efficient, I would like to recommend Arctic Cooling freezer 7 pro. I just installed it yesterday and was astonished with the result.
