I have a problem my set point seems to go to default setting everytime i alt+tab a program or outside my game, anyone else have this problem or a fix?

Anyone can help me? I have issues with the set point software, my g5 mouse can;t keep the set point settings always go back to OS settings, kind of sad cause i loose some form of acceleration. Anyone else with the problem?
