Why avoid? You can get cheaper than market price sometimes. Same warranty from Logitech also. What to worry?

Yeah. I guess it's a manufacture defect. Just noticed that the left button plastic flexes a bit when I gently apply some force on it but not clicking it and a squeaking sound can be heard. This does not happen with the right button plastic.

The problem now is that I bought this mouse in the US and not Malaysia. Not sure whether the warranty is valid here. Any ideas? If it isn't, I guess I'll just have to live with the condition of this mouse. Hopefully I can get it replaced because I just don't feel the 'happiness' when using the mouse due to this issue.

You can contact the Logitech AP Customer Service via email or phone call and see what they can do for you.

Logitech starting to sell spare parts of their products?! Wonder if it will be available in our country..

For those who lost their wireless receiver, you can buy the receiver back now.. Or the power adapter? Or the G9 grips?

I don't think you can buy the receiver. Even US website doesn't show any small accs.

It's at UK. Malaysia doesn't have it. But there's this unifying software that connect 6 devices using only 1 receiver.

Unless someone from UK can purchase those parts tongue.gif

I got into the spare parts store via the malaysian webbie and then directed to a US site.. but now I can only find them on UK's site after google.. I guess they removed it or something..

Unifying software? Can it support older models?

If Malaysia website doesn't have it means the distro did not bring it to our shore. You have to either get it from overseas or find other wireless mouse.
*
Yeap.. But the thing is that initially I accessed to the spare parts store via the MY website.. and then the somehow, it was removed.. maybe initially they did have plan for it but cancelled the plan in the end?

Oh well, good luck for those who lost their receiver for their mouse or broken G9 grips.. At least now you have a chance to purchase back, be it from overseas or from forumers here..

If something happens, I have to send it over to the shop which I have bought last time or I can directly send it to Logitech?
*
Not necessarily send back to the shop. You can send it back to the Logitech distro at the area of your purchase. Perhaps you could email the Logitech support team yourself for clearer answers regarding your case?

BTW, I'm new to the SetPoint software, since I never install those softwares that came with my mouse or keyboards anyways until recently, decided to give it a try since the document flip on my MX518 seems pretty handy plus those customization thingy. The question is, is there any way I could set the DPI to startup at 1600dpi without needing to press the + button everytime the windows starts up?
