G15 got lcd, but only black words with orange backlight. G19 got colour lcd, and the keyboard lights can change colour. You definately won't go wrong with either one of them, G15 or 19. IMHO you could get a G15 for almost the same price, if not cheaper than the Razer Lycosa. G15 also has better features compared to Lycosa.

IMHO - in my humble/honest opinion

you dont see many g19 users coz it's just out in the market not long ago.

seems that many users face problems with the lycosa touch sensitive buttons.

G15 - Orange backlit with macros. Non color lcd screen. Price around Rm250-Rm270.
G19 - Infinite backlit colors. Color lcd screen. Price around Rm5**.

Lycosa is quite ok but it depends on batches. I used it and don't have the panel problem.

Problem as in dead/not functioning. But can claim warranty.
Touch sensitive? Quite ok. I still like the "dancing light"

lycosa have touch sensitive multimedia buttons. means they respond when you touch them. no need to press. some of them batches have problem of the touch sensitive panels not working.

Dont see many G19 users coz so darn expensive. Even I think about it now oso bekside still pain.

yeah it's expesive. didn't wanna mention it, coz sometimes the term expensive can be pretty subjective
