how to download the quick office? i go to menu--> download, then nothing found wo... is there anything wrong? And pana, maybe its better to list down the name and the imei 7th and 8th, and whether there is earpiece problem?

I go to download, then some pop up come out written as latest content needs to be loaded. continue? then click yes, then loading,then come out another pop up "error loading while browsing". And now the screen stated NO content. Go to options, select application, onli have setting, remove content, about, disclaimer, online information. And btw, i never able to open the download content.
