There are two ways to do it:

1. Settings --> Personal --> Home Screen --> Home Screen Theme --> Set Shortcuts Bar to enable it.  Then go back to Home Screen and go Shortcuts to customize.

2. If you like the Contacts Bar and not willing to part with it. You still have access to Connectivity from home screen. See the battery indicator on your top right? Touch that area and you'll see a new window. There'll be time and alarms (if you set any). There's a two way arrow on the left of that time. Touch on it and it will bring you to Connectivity. Its the same thing but requires more actions than a shortcut. Too bad you can't have contacts bar and shortcuts at the same time.

Unless you go with 3rd party shell applications.

So far Singapore haven't launch this phone yet. First time Malaysia faster than Singapore. Maybe too much Iphone there. Iphone selling like hot cake there. If you take MRT, you will see someone with Iphone.

I know some phones able to do that already. But can't find the setting in this phone.

yup it's just the same like setting different ring tone for different contacts.
wander whether sms also can do the same for this phone.
