Means will auto silent?

i have a feeling that it's the sensor near the front camera that is working...when you block the sensor with your hand during calls, the LCD screen will off.
I think it's the same sensor working to silence the calls. Meaning that instead of turning the phone face down, you can close the sensor with your hand.

just would like to share one trick on 5800(found it on others website):
Here's a nice little tip to add some eye-candy. By default this is turned off.
Go to: Tools, Personal, Themes, General and choose "Options." Now set the Theme effects to "On." The UI will be a bit less responsive, but it does add some pretty nice effect.
*
yup...and it also slow down the phone a lot blink.gif

You will still need to get the activation code.
It's just a 14 days trial.

Are you using handy profile or profile scheduler by dr.djuka?
*
I'm using profile scheduler by dr.djuka, i guess I should go and find handy profile since I'm able to generate the code. tongue.gif

i mean after i wipe entire screen.. kinda fragile la thsi phone. please handle with care. *missing my e66/71*
*
you can try wiping the sensor area again, and try calling someone and see it works.
I have this problem too, but mine is because I apply a screen protector on my phone, it covers the sensor.
Everytime i receive calls, the screen goes blank, I have to wipe the sensor area so that i can finally see who's calling.

another problem.... seems like 5800 is a 'sensitive' phone sweat.gif
*
Lol...this is not a problem la... tongue.gif
It's just the user mistake by applying the screen protector that cover the sensor area.

And i think it's a great feature, cos it off the screen when you are talking, can save battery. biggrin.gif

like leongtat said, it would connect you to the internet and update from the weather forecast station. therefore there is a 3G/GPRS charges for updating the weather data. (you may use wifi as alternative tho)
*
oh...okay...i think i won't be installing handy weather then, not much usage also.
