Malaysia is 299, and i noticed the material of its current polos are bad, compared to the older ones. I have some older ones which i purchased when they first came to malaysia, the cloth is heavier while maintaining its porosity. and the colours dont fade that badly too.

Cotton will always shrink, just how much do they shrink. My clothes are all sent to the laundry (therefore, dried by the drying machine), i have to go one size up on most of my cotton tees. It all depends on whether the manufacturers actually pre-shrink the material or not.
