I have owned not less than a dozen of Lacoste T-shirt and most of my purchase was done in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Fyi, Thailand has several Lacoste Factory Outlets and all are 100% original. Should you happen to be there, ask the locals where can you find one in town. Never ever miss the opportunity when you are in Thailand, especially in Phuket, Krabi and Bangkok.

Sorry for the slight diversion, now back to the story. When I first saw the picture of the Lacoste T-shirt posted in this thread (by the seller), I found a very obvious difference: the collar label. All my Lacoste T-shirts have no extra piece of label written 'Designed in France. Made in Peru. Model Code: XXXXX'. I have recently visited Singapore and bought a couple of Lacoste  T-shirt, Italian Fit, size 2 from Takashimaya & Isetan. Please refer to the pictures below.





Second picture shows exactly how my collar label on my Lacoste looks like. You can visit any Lacoste boutique in Malaysia and have a look for yourself.

However, I am uncertain about the Lacoste T shirt sold at the rest of the world. It could be that the collar label is the same as what posted by the seller.

dude, no offense but please read every single word of my posting. all the pictures i posted were taken from my collection. in fact i already mentioned in my previous post that all these are for sharing purpose. why would i want to visit all the websites in the whole galaxy and make a posting here? why on earth would i want to conduct any survey? does it serve any purpose to me? no doubt i have been to Tokyo and Hokkaido but I won't buy Lacoste from Japan. To me it doesn't serve me any purpose as it is not cheap there. Not only that it will increase my luggage weight, i will even have to pay extra for the excess luggage. i would rather make space for Agnes B and Burberry Blue label because most of the Agnes B is produced in Japan and Burberry Blue label is only exclusive to Japan market.

correct me if i am wrong but i think you are too defensive and paranoid that you think i am trying hinder people from buying from you. ask yourself, am i a competitor to you? i even mentioned that i am not so sure about the collar label of other Lacoste produced at the rest of world. if you are selling original Lacoste, why would you afraid? Like what other said, you can even COD in front of any Lacoste boutique and should the buyer feel doubtful, just bring it into the boutique and ask the staff to verify the authenticity of your Lacoste.

there are diff in for eg. the classic fit polo and slim fit polos and their other polos..

with the crazy fakes,i guess retail is the way to go

I have Lacoste shirt buy from boutique and online (Peru made one)… 
The difference with both only the button… The online shirt’s button more thinner, but material n logo look quite similar… May be the Peru made one have different of button supplier… 
The price of both fairly same…

at RM200+ for their classic fits.. okies la..
