Ok , let me tell yours a story , My friend "A" sell computer parts to "B" , indicate the items is NEW condition & attached with invoice & T&C also .

So they "COD" the items at JB . After 9 days , "B" inform "A" got 5 items got problem , need exchange . Thus "A" agreed and inform "A" supplier for this issue. But next day , "B" call "A" said all items sell to him need return due to selling him second hand & pulled items. And now keep chasing "A" to fully refund money to him .

After "A" view the picture from "B" together with supplier , confirm that the items is not belong to seller .

This buyer trying to cheat "A" and exchange used part and ask "A" to refund all ...... very serious case for this .

So what is yours opinion abt this case and what is actual means "COD" ???

this is very bad. the buyer trying to cheat A by exchanging his item and demand a return. Sorry, this is not allowed..however we stil dont know if the item sold to B is same as supplied by the supplier.

anyway COD mean Cash On Delivery.

This is very weird request by "B" , during COD , buyer should view the stock and satisfy then only pass money to seller . But this reject only done when customer "B" reject them then only now request to reject to seller "A" .

Very strange and fraud transaction already .

Did your invoice mentioned its a new item or s/n.....how long your personal warranty??? when the the time on cod, why buyer not complain its a used item?? Post your topic and buyer photo here to prove yourself.

Thats why we called very weird or cheating case . When COD , customer not complaint the stock , but when 10 days , buyer inform my friend said all items sold him are used .

We got view the items picture sending by buyer "B" together with supplier and one of the partner who got view the stock before , the stock totally not match and terrible condition .

This buyer keep SMS my friend said he wan find out my friend and ask for full refund . It seems like threatened my friend already .

Yalor , unlogic request from the buyer . He can take any bad product to ask for refund .... terrible .

how long for ur personal warranty? if he really play fool wif u, u just fool him back, tell him that personal warranty oredi over . eat urself

This is why I usually take macro pic of serial numbers before sending out, who knows.

You also can put your signature on your item selling.

learn to key in the serial no. in the invoice to avoid any unnecessary situtation... dis is the lesson for everyone.. anyway. hope to hear some gud news about it soon....

This is the lesson to my friend and also for everyone .

Any transaction pls protect by invoice T&C , snap clear pic , record all serial number , and better do COD rather than by courier because anything can be happen & both parties can by argue each others .

THx for the info that shared by you guys.. i face this problem b4.. LUCKY i have the behavior of a kampung kid, wad also take picture.. and got a picture of the S/N.. buyer shut up.. and i got the faulty hard disk =P for free and is under Warranty XD!

Usually happen when "bad bad" buyer try to take advantage from genuine seller... I have many experience like this before... Like the item are not bought from me, ask me to claim warranty... Usually they buy same product, then after 2-3 days tested, said got problem even the stuff is new one... They though they are "clever" by doing this trick as most of the time I don't put serial number in my receipt, doesn't mean I don't have it in my database... After letting them know, they kinda "lesap" without any further inquiries... If they being honest or request it from me, I'll be glad to help them issue the RMA if the time is right like I got issue other stuff vice versa
