better have a knowledge about the jeans that you want to buy rather than thinking like a stereotype person; "Buy at retail shop is good. Buy at other seller is no good, coz they might cheat you".

I have checked with lots of retails and with the imitation of pasar malam.
if u don't trust me..go and look it up for urself..
i would say 99% same with the authentic ones..
even the inner pocket have the levi's vintage logo..
even the button written 501 or levi's..
even the pocket of the logo is the same..
sometimes, even the tag looks alike with authentic ones because of the japanese wording inside the tag..
how can u differentiate, my friend?...
so is best to buy from retails, just for levi's..levi's, i would consider one of the most replica of em' all..

not even GUCCI and LV can compare with levi's imitation..

So damn true. Placing blind faith in local retail stores isn't the way to go either, specifically in the case of Levi's jeans. I was told that they are a franchise instead of chain boutiques. Therefore stocks may be slightly different, and who knows what the owner may do to cut costs, eh?

BUT i cant find code under the bar code matching inside the jeans

i just bought one from sungei wang jeans store(3rd floor i think, pretty big shop) few weeks ago, and i just checked today that the main button is copper and has no number behind it. zip has levis on it. made in china. payed rm230 for it. deos every levis have a number behind the main button? if there is, then this one confirm fake? cause if it's fake i'm taking it back and gonna raise hell there.

got levis 501 from USA, and 501 from cambodia, each present different material and design depend on country its is made.
