can both type of wire be used as positive?

if both wires are not connected to anything, yes it can be used for anything... inside core is the same... the penebat color is jz a marking to differentiate it from other wires...

if u say it a wire coming out from ur car electrical system and its origin unknown, i also dunno la...

not 2002, mine 2002 the dashboard panel is wood type. should be 2004 like tat haha
