im having problem wif my car. when i start the engine, the gear is not function but when the engine is off, the gear is ok..why r?my car is wira 1.3, manual. if i put the gear on 1, then i stat the engine, the car will jerk as if i'm not hit the clutch paddle.

dont really get it.. of course ur car need to be in neutral position before start right...

my car is injection. wat i mean is , when the engine already started, then i try to put the gear on 1st gear but it wont move. the gear just stuck there. but if the engine is stop, the gear is ok. not only 1st gear but even the undo gear...how r?any idea? is it the cable clutch is broken or is it anything to do with the gear box?

do you mean that you pun on gear 1 and when you press oil the car doens't move?

oh, so GTi front lip can directly install to old bumper? or must rivet?

no..the gear is stuck..cannot 'masuk gear 1' or any gear. it just stuck there....

check ur clutch pump/cable.... could be clutch problem as well...

i've call mechanic but the mechanic told me gear box is the problem..so is it anything to do wif the gear box?
like u, i oso think its becoz of the clutch or the cable clutch...mmm...

either ur pump got leakage, broken clutch cable.
if none of the two than i'll presume it's the clutch instead of the gearbox since u said u could ingage the gear when the engine is off. but if ur bearings are noisy than better prepare to change gearbox. expensixe now days.

u ask GTi lips for wira bumper just in case ori gti lips can't fit wira bumper. normally accs shop ppl will rivet it

probably gear syncros kong d?

maybe ur clutch bearing spoil d....how do u feel when u step on the clutch?? very light or juz like normal feel??

will ask the mechanic to check the clutch and the clutch cable first. hope its nothing to do wif the gearbox...thats y i ask u guys here 1st, i dont want to fixed things dat no need to fix..ishk

the clutch is normal when i step on it. just the gear...i wonder if its becoz of water, its raining yesterday...huhu

dun worry, u can catch up 1...

i ask this item b4....they got sell the speedo meter itself...if im not wrong it cost rm2++...thats y i dun change it, juz take it off & repair by myself....
