I built a program form MS EXCEL for my previous company. the company still use my program and they never know it will expired on end march. I lock it with password, and nobody knows it.

It is legal for me to sell the program eventhou it actually an Excel program?

owh like dat ar..

actually i used my program to easier my job. Not in my job scoop to build a program. Even i not in the IT Dept. i'll waiting until program expires and see waht happen. brows.gif

i dont think you modified is a copycat.
copycat means trying to produce/behave something that is very similar to something else
