They are played super fast, I was like when I first saw ppl playing it in youtube ...

What do you call these, and any good sites giving lessons/exercises on this?

that table? it's called 'tablature' or simply as 'tabs'

Ehh no no, i mean, how do you play those notes on the guitar?

EDIT: I seem to notice they are played all downstrokes or upstrokes, but I can't do it

yeah strum slowly, so every note can be picked by the pick up sweetly..

Just take your time and pratice slowly and make sure that every note is clear.
Use a metronome to time yourself and don't be impatient.
It'll come to you.
